Use quotation marks around book titles. Exceptions: the Bible and other holy books (Quran, Torah), the Book of Common Prayer, and reference publications, such as dictionaries, handbooks, and directories.

Capitalize all words except the following, unless these start or end the title: a, an, the; prepositions of up to three letters (such as for, or, on, up); and conjunctions of up to three letters (such as and, but, for, nor, so, yet).
